    Empower Retirement Services is the sole bundled services provider for the District's 403(b) and 457(b) plans.

Sick Leave Cash-Out to Supplemental Retirement Plan 

  • Eligible members of AEA, EXEMPT, and APA (as outlined in the guide below) may request a cash-out of sick leave to their supplemental 403(b) or 457(B) retirement plans record-kept by Empower Retirement.

    Sick Leave Cash Out season ends annually on May 1st
