Recess & Lunch Schedule

  • Susitna is a "CEP" school, meaning all students can receive breakfast and lunch free of charge.  Breakfast is eaten in the MPR until 8:55 (Mon) and 7:55 (Tues-Fri) when students take breakfast to class to finish.

    Lunch will be eaten either in the MPR or in the classrooms.  ÅÝܽÊÓƵapps will be given access to a minimum of 1 recess per day that is 30 minutes in length.  Please ensure your child comes to school ready to spend 30+ minutes outside during recess.  Per ASD Policy, we have outdoor recess unless the school front office thermometer temperature registers colder than -10 degrees Fahrenheit.

    The lunch and recess schedule for 2024-2025 is still to be determined.
